Commercial Carpenter**

**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced commercial carpenters to join our team in Allentown and surrounding areas. This role requires versatile individuals with over 4 years of carpentry experience who are eager to work on various phases of each project, including rough ins, finish and trim work, and demo work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finish carpentry, and drywall installation.

+ Work on different phases of construction projects, from rough ins to finish and trim work.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute project plans accurately.

+ Install doors, hardware, and metal studs as required.

+ Conduct demolition work when necessary.

+ Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely.

**Essential Skills**

+ 4+ years of carpentry experience.

+ Proficiency in construction, carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and commercial construction.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience working on commercial projects such as warehouses, medical centers, and data centers.

+ Knowledge of wood framing, steel stud framing, and drywall installation.

+ Capability to perform general labor tasks and work with general contractors.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
