NGSG is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in coatings operations within an industrial or fabrication environment.

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 40-50 hours per week

• Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Fridays as needed

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation including pressure washing, sanding, masking, and rolling

• Apply coatings using brush, roll, and spray methods (primarily epoxies and urethanes)

• Adhere to company safety protocols and operational procedures

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high efficiency

• Perform additional duties as needed, including:

• Moderate forklift operation

• Minimal concrete work

• General support tasks across the facility

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in industrial painting/coatings

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Must be available for an in-person interview (required)

Work Environment:

• Fabrication facility setting

• 10-hour day shifts

• Monday-Thursday, with some Fridays based on project needs
