with AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation, GIS, or BIM is
desirable. \' Deep understanding of civil design standards, stormwater
management, grading utilities, and transportation infrastructure. \'
Familiarity with sustainable design practices and regulatory permitting
processes. \' Exposure to project budgeting, scheduling, and resource
allocation. \' Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills,
including preparation of technical reports and client presentations. \'
