A leading electrical contractor based in Richmond, VA is actively seeking a full-time Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-value commercial projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex electrical construction work in a dynamic, growing environment-with the chance to make a real impact. What You'll Do: Take full ownership of multiple electrical construction projects ($10M+), including ground-up builds and renovations. Manage project scope, safety, schedule, budget, and team coordination to deliver outstanding results. Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and internal leadership updates. Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Travel to job sites as needed to ensure progress and compliance with NEC, OSHA, and internal safety standards. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial electrical construction projects. A strong understanding of all phases of the construction lifecycle. A valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360, P6, MS Project , and other common industry tools.
