Cabinet Maker / Woodworker / Millwork / Helper Position

We are looking for an Experienced Woodworker and Helper Position for Custom Woodwork Shop.

Experienced Woodworker Position

Must be able to read and understand architectural and shop drawings. Build custom cabinets and millwork from architectural and shop drawings; Create a cut sheet from provided drawings; Measure, cut, and shape wood and other types of materials (Laminate, Veneer, Solid Surface, hardwood etc.) Assemble Cabinets, Laminate/Edge Tape/Veneer edges of cabinets, shelves, doors and drawers. Measure and drill for cabinet door hinges and shelf holes. Install Draw slides and handles. Square panels, Joint, and Plane Hardwoods to proper size and thickness.

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Cabinet Maker/ Millworker
Must be able to work independently
Proficient in Woodworking techniques, tools, machinery, and joinery.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Attention to detail and precision
Must have Basic tools (Screw gun, drill, hammer, measuring tape, etc.)

Helper Position

This position requires lifting, moving and handling materials. Assisting woodworkers when needed. Keeping the shop clean and orderly throughout the workday. Organizing tools and materials. Sanding and prepping projects for paint. Pay attention to detail and ability to learn.

Helper starts at $16-$20/hr based on experience
