Maintenance Electrician**
**Job Description**
+ We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM. This role involves performing preventive and emergency maintenance activities to ensure the seamless operation of our plant. LME or General Journeyman Electrician License is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance activities, including lubricating, measuring wear and positions, repositioning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.
+ Conduct emergency and breakdown maintenance to support plant operations.
+ Accurately use measurement and test equipment.
+ Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system repairs and installations.
+ Install wiring and conduit for new and existing equipment such as conveyors and programmable controllers.
+ Replace faulty electrical components in machines, including relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices.
+ Diagnose and repair faulty electronic components such as printed circuit boards.
+ Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Troubleshoot AC and DC drives.
+ Read electrical block diagrams, schematics, and PLC ladder logic.
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas, completing cleanup tasks after assignments.
+ Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records and paperwork.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
+ Mechanical aptitude for repairs.
+ Preventative and corrective maintenance skills.
+ High voltage maintenance and repair.
+ PLC troubleshooting.
+ Industrial maintenance experience.
+ Knowledge of pneumatics, drives, and motors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ LME or General Journeyman Electrician License is required.
+ Strong electrical aptitude.
+ Mechanical knowledge and experience.
+ Ability to pass advanced industrial skills and instrumentation/electrician knowledge test.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
+ Self-motivated and able to follow through to completion with assigned responsibilities.
+ Teamwork skills with other associates.

The pay range for this position is $89440.00 - $89440.00/yr.
