experienced and highly motivated Substation Supervisor to lead a team of

represented employees responsible for the operation, maintenance, and

construction of our electrical substations. The ideal candidate will

possess strong technical expertise in substation equipment and systems,

coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills to

effectively manage a unionized workforce. The primary purpose of this

job family position is to plan, organize and direct field personnel

engaged in the operation, maintenance, and construction of electric

substations and ancillary equipment of the Wisconsin Public Service

(WPS)Electric Distribution System, the American Transmission Company

(ATC) Electric Transmission System, the Wisconsin Public Service Power

Generation\'s Power Plant Fleet, in Northwest Wisconsin. This position
