Industrial Electrician - $55.76/hour + $15,000 SIGNING BONUS

We are seeking one additional Industrial Electrician to join our team in Eagan! This position will focus on special projects (new equipment installation) and running conduit. This position's work schedule is Monday thru Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm. Starting pay for this shift is $55.76/hour and increases on 12/1/25 to $57.26/hour. The $15,000 signing bonus will be paid in two separate installments - the first payment 30 days from hire and the second payment 6 months from hire. Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for assisting or independently maintaining and troubleshooting the Eagan plant's electrical systems that provide power for machines, equipment, lighting, and facilities, in the most efficient manner. This position will have a specialized focus on running conduits and related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain equipment documentation within the CMMS
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems arising in buildings, motors, and machine hook-ups, giving priority to production operations that are down
• Check sketches, blueprints, layout diagrams, or work orders, and prepare lists of materials needed for project work, ensuring compliance with electrical codes
• Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, blueprints, and files in an orderly fashion
• Complete all work in accordance with OSHA and NEC standards and regulations
• Work closely with Production Managers
• Work to determine the correct method and sequence of operation, and the selection of materials to be used
• Replace, repair, or adjust defective or worn electrical system components
• Repair control systems or other equipment as necessary
• Promote cleanliness, good order, and neat conditions in the maintenance shop, in the storage of parts and supplies, work area, and around plant premises in general
• Instruct plant personnel on the repair and calibration of process instrumentation
• Coordinate and communicate equipment and operation problems with production and engineering
• Active commitment to all Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) regulations
• Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Currently valid Minnesota Class A Electrical Journeyworker License
• Previous experience with conduit bending and install
• Previous work experience with high voltage as well as single phase, three phase, and DC motors
• Previous project management experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to pass pre-employment tests including background check, drug screen, and physical
• Ability and willingness to wear full-mask respirator directly against skin (eg clean shaven if applicable) with or without reasonable accommodation
