CPH is seeking a talented mid-level designer to join our dynamic and highly collaborative team as Architectural Designer!

The Architectural Designer to actively contribute to all stages of the architectural design process, from concept to construction. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality presentations, schematic designs, design development plans, construction documents, and construction administration. This role requires proficiency in REVIT, strong collaboration with team members, and a commitment to delivering precise and effective architectural documents.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate architectural presentations, design, and construction documents using REVIT.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, consultants, and clients, to ensure cohesive design integration.
  • Research and interpret relevant codes and client requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Implement and utilize established REVIT standards, families, and templates to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Prepare specifications and review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic travel for building investigations, measurements, and construction observation, including the preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits.
  • Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines for submittal to agencies with jurisdiction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills, and ability to maintain schedules and meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Familiar with the architecture and engineering industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Assist with administrative duties and needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Architectural Licensed.
  • 2+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on quality control, project management and leadership.
