Location: Dallas, TX | Pay Rate: $33.81hour | Schedule: Full-Time, 3rd Shift (10pm - 8:30am)

As a Cabinet Finisher Sr, you will play a critical role in delivering the highest-quality finishes for custom aircraft furniture, ensuring every detail meets elite aerospace standards. This is more than a job it's a hands-on opportunity to lead, mentor, and leave a mark on every aircraft that takes to the skies.

What You'll Be Doing

and repair high-end finishes on custom aircraft furniture using spray equipment and manualmechanical techniques.

Interpret material specifications and engineering drawings to execute flawless finishing work.

Partner with the Design Group to ensure all finishes align with approved customer samples and specifications.

Mentor and train junior finishers, guiding them to meet and exceed quality standards.

Champion 5S, Safety, and continuous process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Lead projects and coordinate task delegation with Leads when needed.

Maintainpliance using aircraft interior protection protocols and material tracking systems.

Conduct safety and 5S audits, develop improvement ideas, and assist in maintaining shop equipment.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

4+ years of experience in wood finishing processes, with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Advanced knowledge of cabinet finishing techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Computer literacy and working knowledge of inspection and process specifications.

Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in confined spaces and various shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the aerospace industry, particularly with Company aircraft.

Familiarity with aircraft interior protection (PTP) and safety systems.

Experience using Lean Six Sigma tools for process improvement.

Pay Details: $33.81 per hour
