Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MaintenanceSupervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will beresponsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities across ourinjection molding facility. You?ll implement preventative, predictiveand asset health-based maintenance programs, ensuring operationalcontinuity through effective maintenance execution and technologysupport. We are looking for a permanent full-time Maintenance Supervisorat our manufacturing facility in N. Dartmouth, MA. The in-person role isMonday-Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm. Maintenance Operations: ? Implementand execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for injectionmolding presses, tools, robots, and automated equipment ? Coordinatemaintenance activities for specialized machinery including sewing,cutting, and embroidery machines ? Oversee utilities maintenanceincluding compressors and water chillers. ? Document maintenanceprocedures and equipment specifications ? Respond to emergency repairsituations and coordinate technician activities Facility and EquipmentSupport: ? Serve as technical point of contact for facilityinfrastructure including building systems, access controls, and utilityservices ? Coordinate with contractors and vendors for routine repairsand maintenance ? Conduct regular inspections of equipment andfacilities ? Ensure proper inventory of maintenance parts and supplies ?Follow and enforce safety standards and regulations OperationalTechnology Support: ? Provide technical support for programs, HMIsystems, and automated equipment ? Assist with troubleshooting equipmentissues and control systems ? Support implementation of new equipment andtechnology ? Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical serviceand support ? Maintain documentation for operational technology systems? Requirements and Skills: ? Associate\'s degree or technicalcertification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field? 3+ years of experience in maintenance operations in a manufacturingenvironment ? Experience with automated equipment, and injection moldingprocesses ? Background in implementing and executing preventivemaintenance programs ? Technical knowledge of injection moldingequipment and associated systems ? Experience with maintenancemanagement software ? Understanding of PLC systems and automatedmanufacturing equipment ? Knowledge of facility systems including HVAC,electrical, and compressed air ? Ability to read technical drawings andequipment schematics ? Experience coordinating with vendors and serviceproviders Competencies: ? Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.? Team coordination and work planning. ? Safety awareness andcompliance. ?
