Welder Job Description Join our team as a welder where you will weld metal parts together in accordance with provided blueprints and specifications. You will perform MIG welding and spot welding as required, ensuring high-quality welds that meet standards. Responsibilities Weld metal parts together following specified prints and drawings. Perform MIG welding and spot welding as required. Adjust welding equipment according to the type and gauge of material being used. Follow drawings accurately for welding positions and specifications. Essential Skills Proficiency in welding and MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Expertise in metal fabrication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in assembling and welding metal parts in production. Familiarity with various welding equipment. Work Environment This position offers flexible shift options: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, and 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. The work environment is dynamic and ensures that you have access to all necessary welding equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fulton, Missouri. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
