Schedule: Monday through Thursday, some Fridays as necessary

Licensed journeyman HVAC technician with solid residential experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Professional, customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team

Must have a valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation; HVAC training/certification; may be required to training apprentices; may be required to run from start to finish.
