About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team in Kennebunkport, Maine. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of waterfront construction projects, including the building of docks, piers, and retaining walls. You will be part of a collaborative 3-4 person crew, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist in the construction of docks, piers, and retaining walls using hand and power tools.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

+ Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

+ Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently in a marine construction setting.

Qualifications

+ 1-2 years of general construction or labor experience preferred.

+ Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills required.

+ Experience with power tools, concrete work, or marine construction is a plus.

+ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

+ Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 $21.00/hr.
