Description
+ Project Management abilities - organize, communicate, plan and execute program needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.
+ Be able to design and conduct analysis of products through all phases of product quality, planning and design for Six Sigma.
+ Prepare, carry out or recommend changes in tool and or fixture redesign, alterations or change of material specifications, dimensions, methods or etc.
+ Conduct assignments to develop new methods, designs, cost estimates to resolve engineering problems involved in the manufacture of products.
+ Perform sales function in procurement of existing and new sales opportunities.
+ Work with engineering and manufacturing personnel to complete research, process improvement, design (redesign) and development of products.
+ Continuous improvement reviews to reduce waste and improve profit.
+ Familiar with mold design and build as it related to managing projects.
+ Must possess good organization skills and ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously.
+ Maintain documentation in database and ensure company procedures are followed.
+ Must be able to work necessary hours to meet position requirements and outside normal working hours to accommodate departmental needs when required
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Troubleshooting and problems solving of internal and external customer issues.
+ Requires ability to work well as a team member with people in all positions
+ Must be motivated, demonstrate initiative and be able to work with little supervision.
+ Organize general and specific employee training when applicable to clean room, medical products and/or other specialized areas.
+ Support company procedures and processes for Alliance Precision Plastics.

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
+ 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding preferred
+ Proficient computer skills
+ Solidworks experience preferable
