We are looking for Premise Installation Professionals to perform inside-the-home fiber internet installations, troubleshooting and repairs for our customers.
This position will be reporting out of our Murfreesboro, TN Office.

- Must have 5+ years of experience in the same or similar industry projects with leading or managing experience. Preferred applicants have 2+ years experience in the utilities construction or telecommunications industry with extensive knowledge and experience in fiber fusion or ribbon splicing, leading and managing projects.
- Valid drivers license with a driving record that meets the companys minimum safety standards.
- Provide constant attention to EnterSources values and inspire peers and subordinates.
- History of leading teams and executing successful projects.
- Proficient in Internet-related applications such as email and web browsers.
- Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving business processes.
- Working knowledge and ability with Google Office Suite and other software as needed.
- Self-motivated and works under limited supervision.
- Leadership skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to execute and facilitate strongly in a production-based environment.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally at all levels with clarity and precision.
- Attend and participate in weekly Leadership Meetings.
- Improve and promote quality through effective problem-solving and innovative thought processes.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to work remotely in the field when necessary, via laptop, mobile device, etc; including out-of-state travel.
- Experience managing diverse teams and managing customer expectations, as well as project deliverables.
- Sound decision-making on when issues should be escalated and communication with management and customers necessary for successful project delivery.
- Technical expertise and knowledge as required based upon the project deliverables.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power lift equipment.
- Ability to organize resources and tasks to manage to a schedule.
- Demonstrates accountability of self and others.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities, influence others positively, and to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, management, employees and temporary staff agency.
- Flexible and able to adapt to manage stressful environments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to work.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including additional work on weekends and holidays as needed. Frequent travel to various office locations and job sites is required, including out-of-state travel.
Schedule:
- The employee is regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
- Monday Friday, Saturdays on-call
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
