OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! Opening : Fitter/Fabricator Location : Greater Vancouver Area Pay : $22-25 / hour DOE Schedule : Monday Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM or 5:00AM-2:30PM Who We Are:

What Youll Do:
As the teams newest Fitter/Fabricator , you will:

• 
  Fabricate materials based on customer blueprints
  
• 
  Process and cut materials precisely
  
• 
  Perform welding tasks with accuracy and speed
  
• 
  Emphasize safety and efficiency
  
• 
  Troubleshoot fabrication challenges using your experience

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

• 
  Experience reading blueprints
  
• 
  Background in mild steel fabrication
  
• 
  Experience in aluminum and sheet metal fabrication
  
• 
  Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude
  
• 
  Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
  
• 
  Reliable transportation
  

Preferred:

• 
  Some college or trade school education
  
• 
  Welding certifications (any position)
  
• 
  Advanced blueprint reading skills (HIGHLY preferred)
