Property management company is looking for a superintendent / Handyman.

Required skills:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Garbage removal, snow removal
- Cleaning interior common areas and building exterior
- Painting
- Ensure vacant apartments are prepared in a timely manner
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to work independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high -quality workmanship

You must have your own vehicle and a valid Driver's License on day 1.
You will be reimbursed for gas.
You must have all your own basic tools.
You must have authorization to work
