An employer is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join their team in the Lake Oswego area. As part of their full-service engineering design and consulting firm, youll lead a small team contributing to projects across various heavy industrial industries, including pulp and paper, power, and chemical markets. While serving as the structural team lead, your responsibilities will involve managing the direction of the team, interacting with clients, and insuring completion of projects from start to finish.

Experience in 3D/Navisworks or strong motivation to learn.
10+ years of professional experience in structural engineering with significant experience being in the heavy industrial space (industries including: pulp & paper, oil & gas, mining, electronics & high tech, and/or renewable energy).
Experience leading/mentoring a team of 1 or more direct reports.
Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a related discipline.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to attain one (company supported).
