- Business development
- Lead project design and drawing production to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
- Coordinate project tasks and manage construction administration effectively.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance in project management.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and overall design intent.
- Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D computer modeling software.
- Experience in business development, project management, project coordination, and architectural design.
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects in NYC
- 20+ years of architectural experience
