Associate Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced an Associate Architect to lead our multi-family, mid-rise, high-rise, and commercial projects.

You will help the firm with business development within New York Cities mixed-use and multifamily

industry.

Responsibilities

• Business development
• Lead project design and drawing production to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
• Coordinate project tasks and manage construction administration effectively.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance in project management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, client preferences, and overall design intent.

Essential Skills

• Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D computer modeling software.
• Experience in business development, project management, project coordination, and architectural design.
• Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects in NYC
• 20+ years of architectural experience

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
