DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE
REPORTS TO: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR/ PROPERTY MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:PERFORM ALL ASPECTS OF A HVAC
FOR HUNT ENTERPRISES PROPERTIES
MAJOR DUTIES:
Install and repair air/heating systems
Test systems for proper functioning
Perform emergency repairs
Maintain tools
Order supplies
Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency
Record data when inspecting systems
Recover and properly dispose of refrigerants
Assist with general maintenance as needed
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
At least 2-3 years experience as a HVAC Technician. Must be HVAC certified. Must possess a valid drivers license and all the necessary documents required by the government for employment. Must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
