Maintenance Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of three to five union millwrights and electricians in a 100% supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have experience in either mechanical or electrical domains. You will manage industrial cranes, steel slitters, coating machines, and conveyor lines, along with secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, pumps, gears, gear boxes, bearings, and cylinders. Responsibilities Regularly inspect and record the condition of electrical equipment, including cranes, motors, generators, control panels, switches, and circuit panels. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality control during emergency breakdowns to restore operation. Input and submit work orders and coordinate machine downtimes. Direct maintenance personnel and set up daily schedules. Input data into the CMMS program and conduct maintenance on forklifts or lifting equipment. Read blueprints and schematics, and perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V single and three-phase. PLC troubleshooting or programming experience is a plus. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and perform general shop clean-up. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
