Powder Coating Technician Job Description As a Powder Coating Technician, you will be responsible for hanging and taking down parts on both continuous and batch style lines, sandblasting parts when necessary, and applying powder coat in both automated and manual style booths. You will work at a continuous pace to meet production goals. Responsibilities Hang and take down parts on both continuous and batch style lines. Sandblast parts as required. Apply powder coat application in both automated and manual style booths. Maintain a continuous pace to meet production goals. Essential Skills Mechanical skills. Experience in powder coating. Painting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing role. Previous paint experience is a plus but not required. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:30am to 3:30pm, and Friday from 5:30am to 2:00pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
