What You'll Be Doing

As a Laborer, you'll be the muscle and momentum behind our day-to-day operations. This safety-sensitive position plays a key role in keeping job sites running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Construction Tasks - Assist with general labor duties including site prep, material handling, digging, lifting, and cleanup.
  • Site Safety & Cleanliness - Follow safety procedures and help maintain an organized, hazard-free work environment.
  • Team Collaboration - Partner with skilled tradespeople and superintendents to learn best practices and keep things moving.
  • Material Tracking - Assist with inventory and delivery checks to ensure we've got what we need, when we need it.
  • Flexibility is Key - Step in wherever needed - set up tools, stage materials, lend a hand to other crews, and help problem-solve on the fly.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who's not afraid of hard work, brings a good attitude every day, and understands that every task - big or small - helps build something greater.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift/move 50+ lbs, stand/walk for long periods, work in various weather conditions)
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a skilled trade
  • OSHA 10 or other safety certifications a plus
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn

Physical Demands

  • Work on active construction sites (indoor/outdoor)
  • Use hands and arms for dexterity and motor skills
  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • Speak and hear clearly to communicate with crews and clients

Work Environment

  • On-site job locations with varying weather conditions
  • Team-oriented setting with collaboration across departments
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Fast-paced, dynamic project environments
