Description

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team and help ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.

How You Will Help

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
