Location: Shady Cove, OR

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: Starting at $18-$20/hour (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to assist with day-to-day tasks on residential and light commercial job sites. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in the construction industry while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You'll work under the supervision of experienced leads and gain hands-on experience across a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction and handyman duties

• Follow direction from crew leads and supervisors

• Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas

• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

• Ensure job site cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines

• Support team members with prep work and site setup

Requirements:

• 6 months+ of construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred (Willing to train the right candidate.)

• Willingness to learn new skills and take instruction

• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools

• Dependable with reliable transportation to job sites

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
