Job Summary:
Oversee the maintenance team to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electromechanical equipment in a high-volume process manufacturing environment. Plan and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling and training.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and repair large electromechanical systems (motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs).
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
Manage maintenance inventory and procure spare parts cost-effectively.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
Support capital projects and equipment installations.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLCs and automation preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use CMMS software.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and heat.
On-call support and flexible hours required.
