As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your expertise in various carpentry techniques will contribute to the successful completion of projects. Generally 40 hours a week, but more hours are available. Very flexible schedule. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. This is a requirement of AG. Responsibilities: - Build and install structures such as walls, floors, furniture, and cabinets - Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to blueprints or project requirements - Install windows, doors, and hardware - Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures - Inspect and ensure the quality of finished work - Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Mechanically inclined and able to learn quickly - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Professional appearance a must - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS!!!
