Construction Worker Location: Rapid City, South Dakota Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday| 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $22/hour + Overtime Opportunities About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dependablecommercial construction laborerto join a growing construction team in Rapid City. This position offers hands-on experience in a variety of construction tasks and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload construction materials and tools Prepare and clean job sites before and after work Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, concrete finishers, etc.) Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Perform basic measurements and layout tasks Dig trenches, set forms, and pour concrete Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous construction experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Competitive hourly wage at $22/hour Overtime pay opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and training Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
