The Role

What's the job?

The primary function of this role is to safely operate the production machines and to support a zero-defect quality system.

Pay starts at $25.66/hour

Hours: Various shifts and hours based on seniority

Annual bonus plan available

Opportunities for frequent OT

1 week of vacation after 6 months of employment; 1 additional week of vacation after 1 year of employment.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $25.66 to $34.09 per hour, plus 2nd shift differential of $.45/hr, and 3rd shift differential of $.63/hr if working 12 hour shift, and .55/hr for 8 hour shift.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 7% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $57,100.00 to $75,870.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)

Attendance Incentive for Meeting Company Attendance Requirements

Weekend/Holiday Shift Incentive (Sundays and Holidays are 2.0 times the hourly rate)
