Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred 10-15+ years of HVAC design experience in the MEP consulting industry Review and QA/QC technical drawings and designs, and develop comprehensive design, material, process, documentation, and compliance standards Solve complex technical project challenges and prepare engineering studies and schematic designs Assign and review team tasks while overseeing project scope, budget, and staffing Ensure all project documents meet client, company, and regulatory standards Serve as a mentor and leader for junior staff, providing training and assertive project guidance Possess strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and design software Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring code compliance and technical accuracy Salary: $100,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
