Qualifications and responsibilities for this Principal Foundation Engineer position include: Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or EIT with ability to obtain PE within 3-6 months Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering 5+ years of experience in foundation design or related geotechnical engineering work Experience with CAD design tools Strong knowledge of ground pile or alternative foundation technologies preferred Lead technical development and design of screw-based foundation systems Collaborate with sales team on proposals, presentations, and client support Conduct feasibility assessments and develop custom foundation solutions Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission based on net profit of engineered product sales. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Principal Foundation Engineer position include:
