Our client in Niagara Falls, NY are seeking skilled and experienced welders to join their team, highly recognized within the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate should be well versed in TIG welding. Come work for one of the leading innovators in sustainable engineered and thermal solutions.
1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Must pass a welding test!
Whats the Job?
1. Ability to set-up and operate manual TIG welding machine components safely according to specifications.
2. Understand and execute blueprints.
3. Perform tack-weld functions to join metal workpieces at specified distances.
4. Inspect and record quality requirements of finished workpieces.
Whats Needed?
1. 3+ years of TIG welding job experience.
2. Knowledge of utilizing micrometers, calipers and other measuring tools.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
4. Ability to be cross trained throughout the facility.
5. Basic mathematics skill set.
