CNC Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up and run CNC Mills and Lathes, working from prints to machine customer-specific parts and inspect their quality. The role involves machining mostly sheet metal using vertical Haas machines, maintaining tight tolerances, light machine maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes.

+ Work from prints to machine parts and inspect their quality.

+ Machine mostly sheet metal using vertical Haas machines.

+ Perform light machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Ensure machining with tight tolerances.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with CNC setup for mills and lathes.

+ Proficiency in operating CNC Mill and CNC Lathe.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience working with Haas and vertical mills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in CNC Mill and CNC Lathes setup and troubleshooting.

**Work Environment**

Work on the 1st shift from Monday to Wednesday, 6am-3:30pm; Thursday from 7am-3:30pm; and Friday from 7am-12pm. Enjoy a half-day on Fridays in a climate-controlled facility.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, New York.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
