**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Sider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing various types of siding on residential and commercial buildings, including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and metal. This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, using hand and power tools, and collaborating with other construction team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and project completion.

### **Responsibilities:**

- Measure and cut siding materials accurately to fit building specifications

- Install siding according to manufacturer guidelines and building codes

- Repair and replace damaged siding as needed

- Ensure waterproofing and sealing are properly applied around doors, windows, and joints

- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or project plans

- Maintain a clean and safe job site

- Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely

- Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades as needed

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

### **Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a siding installer or similar construction role

- Familiarity with various siding materials and tools

- Ability to read and interpret construction documents

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
