Job overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced commercial electricians for a project in Madison, AL. We're looking for dependable professionals who can read blueprints, run and bend conduit, and are capable of helping manage day-to-day jobsite operations. Ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership-support role.

Work scope includes:

• Running and bending conduit (EMT, rigid)

• Pulling wire, terminations, and installing fixtures, panels, and devices

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and layout drawings

• Assisting with coordinating tasks and supervising helpers

• Ensuring jobsite safety and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Strong blueprint reading and conduit installation skills

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Leadership experience or ability to help manage small crews is a plus

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
