Job overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a project in Aurora, CO. This role will focus on operating a front loader and performing excavation work. All candidates must meet site-specific requirements, including passing a drug screen, background check, and providing valid OSHA and equipment operator certifications.

Work scope includes:

• Operating front loaders and performing excavation work

• Conducting daily equipment checks and maintaining safe operation

• Assisting with site prep and material movement

• Following site plans, safety protocols, and direction from supervisors

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (especially front loaders and excavators)

• Valid OSHA 10 (or higher) and Operator Certifications required

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
