Job Title: Rope Access Technician, IRATA
Location: Offshore, Gulf of Mexico
Zadok Technologies is accepting resumes for candidates with Offshore Rope Access experience to work on various projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Responsibilities and Duties
Support Operations by working with engineers for various offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico
Address technical matters involving Rope Access and NDE procedures and capabilities in the field.
Inspect, maintain, and properly care for all rope access equipment, reporting any damaged or unserviceable equipment
Maintain climbing logbook per IRATA guidelines.
Prepare Reports and precisely document data in a timely fashion.
Perform various duties while on ropes such as:
Inspect NACE coatings and report findings to customer representative.
Inspection, removal, and reinstallation of various types of pipe insulation.
Perform nondestructive examinations at various facilities under the direction of a Team Leader or independently.
Complete Mechanical or electrical tasks to safely remove or install equipment or devices.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years Rope Access field experience with IRATA certification
Experience in a Supervisory role is a plus
Current IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (or be willing to convert from SPRAT)
Strong work ethic and exceptional safety and quality awareness
