With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, weare seeking a Service Technician to join our team and provideexceptional support to our clients and internal teams.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Broad-Ocean Motor products, including electric motors, HVAC systems, and related components.- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, or software issues.- Install new equipment and ensure proper functioning according to manufacturer guidelines.- Assist customers and clients with technical support, providing guidance on best practices for operation and maintenance.- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of work performed.- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and product advancements.- Travel to customer sites as required for on-site service and support.**Qualifications & Requirements:**- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in electric motors, HVAC systems, or related fields.- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment effectively.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as required.**Preferred Skills:**- Experience with electric motor technologies.- Knowledge of HVAC systems and motor controls.- Familiarity with software-based diagnostics**Benefits:**- Competitive salary based on experience- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off and holidays- Training and career development opportunities
