About Us Radar Roofing is expanding rapidly across Central Texas and looking for experienced sales reps who know the roofing industry and can close deals in the field with minimal hand-holding. We're lean, fast-moving, and focused on resultsand we're hiring people who can keep up. This is a high-trust, high-reward, COMMISSION-ONLY sales role: ideal for someone already working in roofing or storm restoration who wants more flexibility, better tools, and stronger territories. What You'll Do Work residential territories impacted by recent storms Follow up on inbound leads and referrals provided by the company Use drone footage, roof inspection software, and storm tracking tools to scope jobs Guide homeowners through insurance restoration processes Maintain your sales pipeline via CRM and report to your Territory Manager Attend a weekly team meeting (in-person or virtual, depending on location) Who You Are 2+ years of experience in roofing or storm restoration sales Knows how to inspect and scope a roof using industry-standard tools Confident presenting solutions and closing contracts independently Tech-savvy enough to manage digital estimates, photos, and CRM tools Has reliable transportation and can travel across your assigned region Driven, coachable, and eager to grow with a team that's scaling fast Why Join Radar Roofing?
