Electrical Assembly Technician Location: Franksville, WI Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Overview: We're looking for a motivated Electrical Assembly Technician with 1-2 years of experience in electrical construction or manufacturing. If you have basic to intermediate electrical skills and a strong desire to learn and grow, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with room for advancement. Responsibilities: Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, technical drawings, and units of measurement Install and maintain wiring harnesses, outlets, breakers, and switches (primarily low voltage, up to 150 volts) Adapt and tweak existing plans using critical and creative thinking Work efficiently under short lead times in a fast-paced setting Follow safety protocols and maintain high attention to detail Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications: 1-2 years of electrical construction or manufacturing experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Basic to intermediate electrical skills Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and communicate well Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM What We Offer: Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Long-term career growth potential Apply today to take the next step in your electrical career!
