**Job Summary**

The IDCS Project Manager will lead and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. This role involves coordinating resources, validating configurations, and managing logistics to meet project deliverables while maintaining clear communication and adapting to changing priorities. The Integration Project Manager must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Role Description

Host and lead kickoff calls with customers and sales teams to establish project expectations.

Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for projects, collaborating with customers, vendors, and IC personnel.

Verify equipment stock levels and track project deliverables through regular meetings with customers and internal teams.

Coordinate resources at the SHI Integration Center and Warehouse to fulfill customer project requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with internal SHI teams to ensure client satisfaction and set clear expectations.

Validate customer configurations with the engineering team and review build documentation for accuracy.

Keep stakeholders informed of project milestones and action items, adjusting schedules for urgent requests and changing priorities.

Record and distribute meeting minutes for all project-related meetings and activities.

Manage and drive the completion of customer project action items.

Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics domestically and internationally, involving escalation managers and planning onsite visits when necessary.

Skill Level Requirements

Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied. - Intermediate

Experience in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum to effectively plan, execute, and close projects. - Intermediate

The ability to use diagramming tools effectively to create detailed and accurate diagrams for systems, processes, and architectures. - Intermediate

The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Intermediate

Other Requirements

Completed Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience required

3-5 years of experience in a customer facing project management position

Advanced certification such as PMP accreditation required

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and

bonus/commissions, are $70,000 - $100,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market

location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and

flexible spending.
