Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations in our electronics assembly and fabrication environment. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, ensuring quality standards, and meeting delivery timelines. You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail and operational excellence are key. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate fabrication, sub-assembly, and final assembly processes. Manage work orders, labor planning, and production flow to meet daily output targets. Ensure quality control measures are followed and products meet specifications. Oversee inventory management, material handling, and ERP system updates. Lead a team of production staff, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Collaborate with QC and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing supervision. Strong operational with experience in production flow and quality control. Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak). Experience with ERP systems and inventory management. Familiarity with PPE and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Google Suites. Comfortable with ERP Systems, particularly IFS (European Software). Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement. Strong supervisory and management skills. Physical presence on the floor is required, with some material handling involved. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sonoma, California.
