Now Hiring: Skilled Welder- Day & Swing Shifts | Spokane Valley, WA Location: Spokane Valley, Washington Schedule: Monday - Thursday Shifts Available: Day & Swing Position Summary We're looking for experienced Welder/Fabricators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team specializing in equipment for the lumber industry. What You'll Do Fabricate and assemble stacking systems for lumber mills Perform MIG welding using hard wire and flux core (.045 wire) on mild steel Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision Cut, fit, and weld steel components to exact specifications Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship What We're Looking For At least 2 years of welding and fabrication experience Proficiency in MIG welding (.035 and .045 wire) and flux core techniques Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Solid understanding of fabrication processes and safety practices Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Preferred Traits Pride in producing clean, accurate welds Ability to work independently and collaboratively Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality work Why Join Us?
