Business Brief
Our Construction Team is responsible for rebuilding/repairing both residential and commercial structures following a water or fire incident. This is a $4M division of our company and continues to grow year over year.
Position Brief

• This position will directly manage all assigned Construction Projects to successful completion.
• Will be responsible for all aspects of Project Management, including managing budgets, project plans, project execution, and closure.
• Will work closely with Project Coordinators, Estimators, Subcontractors or our In House Construction Team to complete all assigned projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project stakeholders including clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal support team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Review regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or deviations from plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impact project success, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, for record-keeping and audit purposes.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of budgeting and cost estimation management
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and building codes relevant to construction projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with an industry standard estimate tool (i.e., Xactimate or Symbility)
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have good driving record.

Normal Working Hours This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., MondayFriday. This position may require overtime hour and weekend work.
