**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Palletizer/Slitter Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the quality assurance and efficient operation of our production line. You will oversee the final stages of the paint can production process, ensuring each can meets our quality standards before being prepared for shipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor paint cans as they come down the production line.
+ Place cardboard sheets for the cans to rest on.
+ Perform basic quality inspections to identify any defects in cans.
+ Ensure the correct number of cans are loaded onto pallets.
+ Maintain accurate records of the number of cans processed and document any defects.
+ Serve as the final checkpoint in the production line, ensuring quality standards are met.
**Essential Skills**
+ Quality inspection and production experience.
+ Ability to stack, palletize, and perform visual inspections.
+ Machine operating skills.
+ Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
+ Experience with inventory management and pallet jack operation.
+ Understanding of manufacturing processes and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
+ Basic data entry skills.
+ Ability to load and unload materials up to 20 lbs.
