The Role: Master Plumber
Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems that will protect our customers, our employees, and the property.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be licensed in Ohio.
- Maintain and develop excellent professional relations with our clients, prospective clients, and vendors.
- Attend meetings as needed.
- Understand specifications, plans, and blueprints.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products, materials, equipment, and installation procedures.
- Assess the most efficient material, rental equipment, and installation process.
- Prepare and communicate to clarify project scope during and after the estimating process.
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
- Prepare bid proposals and change orders.
- Track, follow up, and review unsold estimates and contract documents.
- Support purchasing and field teams in all aspects of project development.
- Mentor other plumbers as needed.
- Follows health and safety standards and complies with building and plumbing codes.
- Other duties as needed to accomplish the responsibilities of the Plumbing.

Physical Requirements:
- Wear protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, high visibility vest, and other items as required.
- Ability to maintain balance.
- Frequent moderate lifting, repetitive motion, bending, walking, climbing ladders, and working from heights.
- Occasional heavy lifting, kneeling, stooping, and crouching
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, precipitation, confined spaces, loud conditions, heights, and other environments.
