CNC Mill Operator**

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Mill Operator, where youll play a key role in crafting high-performance cylinder heads for recreational aircraft. This position combines hands-on machining with precision measurement and quality assurance in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a variety of CNC milling machines to produce aerospace-grade cylinder heads.

+ Handle and maneuver parts weighing 2030 lbs throughout the production process.

+ Perform grinding and deburring operations to meet exacting specifications.

+ Conduct precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.

+ Accurately document production data and quality checks both digitally and on traveler sheets.

+ Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production goals.

+ Apply mechanical aptitude to use hand tools, grinders, and other shop equipment effectively.

**Essential Skills**

+ Hands-on experience with CNC milling operations (setup not required).

+ Proficient in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.

+ Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a manufacturing environment.

+ Prior training or education in CNC machining is a plus.

+ Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous.

+ Interest or prior schooling in CNC machining is a bonus.

**Work Environment**

Work in a well-lit and basic shop environment equipped with both older and newer machines. The facility is climate-controlled, providing air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
