Handyman/residential remodeling/must have knowledge and tools (HOURLY)

HELLO TO START OUT I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS IS NOT A SUBCONTRACT POSITION. THIS IS A 1099 HOURLY POSITION PAID EVERY FRIDAY

I am looking for a couple individuals to complete a crew. I have several upcoming jobs in plenty of work to keep someone going full-time. This is residential remodeling. We do paint pretty well on every house minor electrical to include light fixtures, fans, electrical outlets, light switches. Minor plumbing to include shut off valve supply lines, installing faucets toilets, washer box. I am looking for someone that can read a list with materials on the job and run down through it without having to be guided these jobs will require your own tools Im not needing someone to show up with a mechanic set of tools or a screwdriver. When I say tools, you must have your own power tools, your own plumbing tools texture tools i supply, every bit of the materials needed you just must have the knowledge and tools and drive to do these jobs.
