Note: The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $37.5 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Must be able to repair leaking pipes on a commercial site
• Connect water supply lines using appropriate fittings
• Ensure plumbing systems meet local and state regulations
• Test piping systems while assessing pressure gauges
• Experience with Pro Press and Pip Freeze in a commercial building
• Follow proper safety practices including wearing protective gear and isolating water supply

Qualifications:

• Must have 6 years of Plumbing experience Cranberry, Pennsylvania area
• Must have plumbing tools
• Must be able to service, diagnose issues along with repair, install plumbing equipment and systems in a commercial setting
• Must be able to work individually and have pro press and pip freeze experience
• Must be able to work individually
• Must be able to start immediately
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair worn or broken plumbing fixtures
• Test meters for accuracy and functionality
• Follow proper safety practices including wearing protective gear and isolating water supply
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to start immediately
